Our approach
We worked with the Peaches Trust team to redesign the site from the ground up, creating a clearer structure that reflects how different audiences search for information.
We used their brand colours in a softer, more accessible way to create a calm, supportive feel. All content was provided by the Trust, and we helped them shape it into a visitor-friendly architecture that also works well for search engines.
To make the site easier to maintain, we introduced structured content types for:
- Team members
- Resources
- Videos
- Support content
Filterable resources and videos ensure that users can quickly find relevant information, while staff can update content without worrying about layout or styling.
The outcome
Since launch, visitor numbers have increased and feedback from the team has been extremely positive:
I’m really happy with how the website has worked out – it’s so much better, the important info is so much more accessible and I think we can now proudly highlight it as a resource.
Thank you for all your work on it and being patient throughout the process.
The new site provides a warm, trustworthy environment where visitors can find clear information and support, while staff now have a system that works with them, not against them.
What this shows
This project demonstrates our ability to create empathetic, accessible charity websites that balance emotional sensitivity with practical clarity. By combining strong structure, clear design, and simple content management, we help small teams deliver big impact.
