Our approach
We built a new website structured around the key aspects of the Park: activities, events, volunteering, and the environment. The aim was to highlight not just what the Park offers, but the wider benefits it brings to the community.
An enquiry-based booking system was implemented, chosen because the charity didn’t have the resources to manage daily automated scheduling. This practical solution allows visitors to book activities online while giving staff control over when and how they respond.
The design was kept welcoming, clear, and mobile-friendly to appeal to families, schools, and volunteers alike.
The outcome
The new website now gives Creggan Country Park a professional digital presence that matches the breadth of its work. The booking system saves staff time each week by reducing manual phone and email bookings, while the site itself raises awareness of the Park’s activities and biodiversity.
With improved reach and clearer presentation of services, the Park can better engage both locals and visitors.

What this shows
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver charity and community websites that balance multiple goals, from bookings to education. By replacing a failing DIY setup with a fit-for-purpose solution, we helped Creggan Country Park extend its reach, save staff time, and showcase its valuable community role.
