Tusla – Parenting24seven learning website

The challenge

Tusla, Ireland’s Child and Family Agency, needed a way to make evidence-based parenting advice more accessible to parents and carers. While they had written content, it required transformation into an interactive, engaging format suitable for online learning. The goal was to present expert advice in a clear, supportive way that parents could easily follow.

Our approach

We built the learning website on WordPress with an integrated learning system, developing two full content modules from Tusla’s text. Our role was to transform the material into a multimedia learning experience:

  • Page layouts were designed for clarity, usability, and accessibility.
  • Custom graphics and illustrations supported visual learning.
  • Scripts were developed from Tusla’s original content.
  • Explainer videos were produced to simplify key messages.

This combination ensured that the content wasn’t just informative but also engaging and easy to navigate.

The outcome

The Parenting 24 Seven site now provides parents and carers with trusted, expert-backed advice through structured learning modules. By combining text, visuals, and video, the platform makes important information more memorable and easier to apply in daily life.

For Tusla staff, the site offers a sustainable model — future modules can be added within the same framework.

What this shows

This project demonstrates our ability to take raw content and transform it into an interactive learning experience. By blending design, multimedia, and technology, we created a platform that makes expert knowledge accessible to the public in a clear, engaging format.
